Pete and his teammates are planning to travel to watch the Football World Cup held in Germany. Anna is not excited about Pete's plan to leave her alone for the summer. Therefore Anna decides to present a challenge to Pete: She will form a team from the wives and girlfriends of the FC HeMan players, and then the women's team (FC Venus) would play against FC HeMan. Lynn Alvarez was scheduled to fight undefeated Indian fighter Manjit Kolekar but VISA issues forced Kolekar off the card and she was replaced by Mizuki Inoue. Agnieszka Niedzwiedz was scheduled to fight Claudia Rey but Rey was also unable to make the event due to VISA issues and was replaced by Christine Stanley. Aldana, Rey, and Santos are now being scheduled for the next event.

F.C. De Kampioenen, was a long-running Flemish sitcom chronicling the adventures of a fictional local football team. It aired on the Belgian-Flemish channel één between 1990 and 2011, for 21 seasons with 273 half-hour long episodes, making it one of the most successful comedy programs ever on Belgian television. In 2009 a film had been planned, but has since been cancelled following complaints by the actors about the script. In 2012 the crew announced a new script was written and a movie will be produced. The movie is to be released in December 2013. The series relies heavily on stereotypical characters and farce for its humour. The story is mainly set around a few members of the football club who regularly visit the club canteen before or after a soccer training or match. The canteen is run by Pascale, who is in a relationship with Maurice. The football club is sponsored by the owner of a sausage factory, Balthazar Boma. Next to the field is an antiques shop, owned by the fraudulent Fernand. Most of the episodes are based on misunderstandings or dirty tricks from Fernand.
FC Nörtit is a Finnish television program which follows the FC Nerds format. It tells the story of 16 nerds, who are supposed to learn to play soccer. They trained for two months and played afterwards against the most successful soccer team of Finland, HJK. Against all odds they were eventually able to score a goal. The show was seen in 2006 on SubTV.

Now, under management by one of Sweden's best football players through time, Glenn Hysen, FC Z have 4 months to prove to be worthy opponents against Swedish champions Djurgårdens IF. The show follows a football team of 14 nerds who were trained over 3 months, climaxing with a match against a professional team. Nerds FC is produced by SBS independent and Grundy Television. Nerds FC's format, FC Nerds, is based on the Danish reality TV hit FC Zulu. The first series aired on Australian TV from 14 April 2006, encored from 8 June 2006, and encored again from 21 April 2007. The DVD for the first series was released on 6 June 2007. The second series aired from 9 June 2007. The DVD for the second series was released on 16 August 2007.
FC Zulu is a Danish television program on TV 2 Zulu. It tells the story about 16 nerds, who had never touched a football before, trained in 2004 for three months, with the goal of playing against FCK in PARKEN. Against all odds, they were able to score a goal. This year, the incapable nerds return, again led by the coach duo, Mark Strudal and TNT. This time is the opponent is none other than Swedish FC Zulu-copy FC Z who FC Zulu beat 6-0. In 2005 they were nominated for an Emmy for best 'Non-Scripted-Entertainment', but didn't win. The show has later been launched in several other countries, with FC Nerds as the name instead.
Fash FC was a weekly UK television programme: a reality/documentary show following ex-professional footballer John Fashanu as he goes back to the grassroots of football, managing a team of amateur players in a Sunday League. The show was launched in September 2003, and was broadcast throughout the 2003–2004 football season on Bravo. The show received a re-run on Loaded TV, the Sky satellite platform Channel 200 and online. Broadcasts are weekly at 11pm on Wednesdays.
