Now Take My Wife 1971

Now Take My Wife was a BBC situation comedy which ran for only one series of 14 episodes in 1971. It starred Sheila Hancock and Donald Houston as a suburban middle-class couple, Claire and Harry Love. He would start each episode by turning to the camera and saying "Now ... take my wife". They had a teenage daughter, played by Liz Edmiston. Their next-door neighbour was an eccentric German woman, who also had a daughter. Of the 14 episodes, two are currently missing from the BBC archives; they were either wiped to reuse the tapes or possibly lost at one stage after their first broadcast. Several years later, in a Guardian interview, Hancock indicated that she was not very happy with the programme, seeing it as an example of the sort of stereotyped role for women actors she landed. However, her character often got the better of her husband during each episode.

CW Now is a news program/news magazine series which premiered on The CW on September 23, 2007. It was a brand extension of the syndicated Telepictures news magazine Extra, and features anchors and correspondents from that show. The program was devoted to topics of interest to young adults, including entertainment news and technology topics. During the upfronts, Dawn Ostroff announced a new marketing strategy for this show using what she calls, "cwickies", which is used in this program to replace the traditional network advertisements. Tanika Ray mentions that CW Now is a 30-minute commercial-free program. Nonetheless, as comedian Lewis Black pointed out on The Daily Show on September 26, 2007, the frequent mention of Wal-Mart shows that it is the program's de facto sponsor. The show was produced by Telepictures and Warner Horizon Television.

Politics Now was a Scottish political programme produced and broadcast by STV in northern and central Scotland. The programme, broadcast for 40 weeks of the year, on a Thursday evenings after the main ITV news, covered all of the big Political developments in Westminster, Brussels and Holyrood in detail. The programme was presented by STV's political editor Bernard Ponsonby with features reports and contributions from the rest of STV's political unit - Westminster correspondent Harry Smith, political correspondent Jamie Livingstone and freelance reporter David Torrance. The programme was originally presented by former political correspondent Michael Crow until his departure from the station in January 2009. The series was replaced in 2011 by Scotland Tonight, which broadcast Mondays to Thursdays on STV covering current affairs and politics.

Alright Now is a British rock music television series made by Tyne Tees Television for ITV in 1979–1980.The show was named after the song "All Right Now" by the band Free. the series showcased both established and up-and-coming acts, with a focus on those from North East England; among them were Dire Straits and The Police, both enjoying their first chart successes. Unlike its predecessor, RPM 2Night, NASCAR Now covers only NASCAR news and information and there are no highlight restrictions on the program; both video and still photos are available for its use. It is part of ESPN's new television package with NASCAR, which gives them the opportunity to produce and air a daily show about the sanctioning body. Previously, Speed Channel had the exclusive rights to produce daily NASCAR magazine shows. On April 29, 2008, the show hosted a special one-hour edition of NASCAR Now to commemorate Dale Earnhardt Day. On August 19, 2009, President Barack Obama did a live interview on the program after honoring the defending Sprint Cup Series champion Jimmie Johnson and the rest of the 2008 Chase for the Sprint Cup drivers at the White House.

America Now

America Now is a daily television magazine program hosted by Leeza Gibbons and Bill Rancic, featuring "news you can really use" on lifestyle topics such as health, diet, family and pets. The program, which airs Monday through Friday, is produced by ITV Studios America.
